We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories. Proof of purchase may also be required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us review your request, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Heavily used personal care products
- Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first and place a new order separately once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The product is defective
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
